Jamie Harris’ practice is guided by a desire to find effective cost-efficient strategies that work for businesses and individuals dealing with financial distress. Jamie respects the uniqueness of each and every case and strives to tailor her solutions to the individual needs of her clients. Through passionate advocacy, communication, and accessibility, Jamie works in partnership with her clients to obtain results and implement financial strategies.
Jamie’s practice focuses on consumer and commercial bankruptcy and workouts. She has experience in filing Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcies. In her Chapter 11 cases, Jamie has represented companies from many different industries including healthcare, nonprofit, trucking, construction, commercial real estate and telecommunications.
Outside of work, Jamie enjoys volunteering for organizations like Junior Achievement and C.A.R.E. (“Credit Abuse Resistance Education”) that promote financial literacy and awareness for young people. Jamie also enjoys reading books, attending University of Louisville sporting events, target practice, and bowling. She is the organizer of DelCotto Law Group’s bowling team.
