DelCotto Law Group is now accepting appointments in their Louisville office location! In hopes of better serving the state of Kentucky, DLG now has offices in Lexington, Somerset, Danville, and Louisville.
Judge Tracey Wise, the Kentucky Elder Law Section, and the Kentucky Bankruptcy Section are getting excited about ElderCare presentations. ElderCare is a financial awareness program for seniors hoping to prevent senior citizens from falling victim to scams and financial abuse. On Wednesday, May 4th, Laura Day DelCotto will be speaking at the Women Build Luncheon. Women Build is a program where women empower each other while building alongside one another and serving a family with a quality affordable home. Also on May 4th, DLG is attending the Chrysalis House 5th Annual Mother’s Day Luncheon. The purpose of the luncheon is to honor the mothers in our community who work every day to make healthy choices for their families on many levels.
On May 4th, Sara Johnston will be visiting Jefferson Community and Technical College to present on the importance on planning for post-retirement life and care. Sara will be bringing charts and documents to the class in hopes of educating the students on the many available resources and options that exist in assisting with the increasing cost of care to their parents and grandparents.
On May 10th, Dean Langdon will be attending a kick-off event for a Third Century fundraising campaign for Centre College.
Attorneys from DLG will be attending The Kentucky Bar Association Annual Convention May 11th through May 13th in Louisville, Kentucky to stay current and focused on the laws in Kentucky. This convention covers a wide range of subjects, speakers, information, and topics.
On May 20th, Dean Langdon will be attending the Maserati Mingle to promote the Lexington Concours d’Elegance at Keeneland – a benefit for the University of Kentucky Children’s Hospital.
Although not quite a May event, on April 29th, DLG celebrates their incredible administrative staff by sponsoring a trip to Keeneland. DLG has incredibly talented and dedicated staff supporting our attorneys, and we can’t thank them enough!
